Shipping Disclaimer

River City Airsoft, located in Richmond, Virginia, offers the following shipping services:

Service Definition
Standard (3-7 Business Days) Our most economical option. Orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. This option is also free for retail orders over $199, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes.
Express (1-2 Business Days) Orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. Delivery windows are in business days and do not include weekends.

* Order processing time is not included in the delivery window.

Example Orders:

  • An order placed after hours on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday, with shipping starting on Tuesday.
  • An order placed on Monday with Standard Shipping will typically deliver between Friday and the following Wednesday.
  • Expedited and Express orders will arrive sooner, with 1-2 business days added for processing.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Orders containing LiPO/Li-ION batteries, Green Gas, or CO2 cannot be shipped via Expedited, Express, or internationally due to restrictions. These items can only be shipped via Standard shipping to the lower 48 states.
  • We cannot ship certain items to restricted areas, states, or countries. Such items will be blocked during checkout.

Order Processing:

  • Orders take approximately 1 business day to process, including payment processing, approval, and address verification.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST may not be processed until the next business day.
  • Orders requiring additional verification may be delayed until we receive a response from you.

Order Approval:

  • Orders with billing and shipping addresses that do not match may be subject to verification, which can delay processing. To avoid delays, we encourage using a payment method like PayPal and shipping to your billing address.

Item Availability:

  • Items listed as in stock are available for purchase. Special Order items may take additional time to ship, with estimated times stated in the product description.
  • In case of unexpected backorders, you will be notified within 2 business days.

Shipping Companies:

  • Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Tracking information will be emailed directly from the carrier.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order. Use the shipping calculator at checkout for an estimate.

Shipping Times:

  • Shipping transit times vary by service. Orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 pm or weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
  • UPS services do not include weekend delivery unless an additional fee is paid.
  • Some USPS packages may deliver on Saturdays.

Business Days:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include U.S. holidays or days with service interruptions.

Free Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping is available for street addresses within the USA, but cannot be combined with other discounts. Free shipping is not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or internationally.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returned orders will be refunded less the original shipping cost.

California Shipping Policy:

  • Airsoft guns shipped to California will include marking tape and instructions for compliance with state laws.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We ship to select countries. Due to additional paperwork, international orders may take up to 7 days to process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any returns or undeliverable packages will have return fees deducted from the refund.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to research and comply with local restrictions.

Returned to Sender or Undeliverable Packages:

  • Orders refused or returned as undeliverable will be charged shipping both ways and any additional fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Damage, Lost Packages, and Missing Items:

Shipping Damage:

  • Report shipping damage within 5 business days. Keep all original packaging intact to facilitate the claims process. Provide a detailed description and photographs of the damage.

Lost Packages:

  • Notify us immediately if you believe your package is lost. If tracking shows delivery, report it within 5 business days. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary.

Misdelivered Packages:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. If you believe your package is going to the wrong address, contact the carrier to request redirection.

Stolen Packages:

  • Report stolen packages to local law enforcement immediately. We can assist with filing a mail theft complaint. Packages that show delivered by tracking cannot be refunded.

Missing Items:

  • Report missing items within 48 hours of receipt. If you believe items were lost due to damage in transit, please follow the steps in the “Shipping Damage” section.
