River City Airsoft Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with River City Airsoft, located in Richmond, Virginia. We strive to make returns and exchanges straightforward. From the day you receive your order, you are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy for 30 days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product within the first 14 days, we will provide a return shipping label for items in like-new, unopened, and/or unused condition. After the first 14 days, you can still return your product by sending it to us using your own label or requesting a discounted return shipping label from us. Please provide tracking information if you use your own label.
Changed your mind? You can return your product, but restocking fees may apply, and free labels are not provided in this case. Approved returned items in unopened or like-new condition with all original parts, accessories, tags, and labels are eligible for a refund for the product cost if returned within 30 days. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a package that appears damaged in transit, please submit a return request for the damaged product or contact our support team.
Returns & Warranty Policies Details
Our Customer Service team is here to help with any issues related to returns, warranty repairs, or exchanges.
• An RMA number is required for all returns. Submit a return request to obtain an RMA number.
• The 30-day returns and warranty policy starts on the delivery date.
• Warranty-related returns will be inspected by our technicians to determine coverage.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for processing return requests.
• Returns missing factory packaging, in used condition, or showing signs of abuse may incur a restocking fee of at least 15%.
• Return shipping costs are not covered if using a carrier of your choice.
• Items returned without prior approval will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
• In some cases, we may assist you in communicating directly with distributors or manufacturers for warranty repairs.
The Following Actions Will Void Your Warranty and Ability to Return an Item:
• Disassembling, upgrading, repairing, or altering the product, including removing the orange tip or any safety labels.
• Using low-grade BBs (e.g., 0.12g BBs in guns other than entry-level plastic models).
• External damage and wear and tear.
• Charging batteries without a smart charger.
• Using LiPO, LiFE, Li-Ion, or other high-voltage batteries in guns not specified as compatible.
• Returning soiled tactical gear or apparel without original tags.
If we cannot contact you regarding a return or exchange, items deemed non-returnable will be treated as abandoned and discarded without a refund.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for registering their products with the manufacturer to receive warranty coverage. All warranty work must be performed by the manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation for more information.
